2. Nature of the Programs
Our digital programs are educational in nature. They are not clinical services.
The Rehab Mechanics does not provide healthcare services, medical treatment, physical therapy, physiotherapy, rehabilitation services, or clinical care through its digital programs.

- The programs do not provide medical advice, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, or personalised rehabilitation plans.
- You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for any injury, medical condition, pain, symptoms, or concerns before starting any movement-based program.
- The Rehab Mechanics does not guarantee specific health, mobility, strength, pain, recovery, injury prevention, or performance outcomes.
- You participate in any exercises, activities, or movement practices at your own risk.
3. Digital Content
