Once you have successfully placed your order, an email is sent the email you provided to confirm your order has been received and your payment has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email to your inbox or junk folder within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact

When your order has been dispatched, we will send another email with your tracking number.

All orders are shipped with signature required on delivery - if this is not your preference please contact us.

Please note the following:

  • All orders are dispatched from our Australian warehouse which operates between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm AEST, Monday to Friday . Your order will be processed and dispatched by our team during these hours.
  • Please be aware that during peak times and sale periods, our handling times can increase to 10-18 business days due to the high volume of orders.
  • All prices on https://therehabmechanics.com/ are quoted and charged in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian GST unless otherwise specified. Customers are charged the same total price at checkout regardless of their shipping location.
  • GST refunds do not apply for online orders. Our policy complies with Australian and New Zealand GST legislation.
  • The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer.
  • To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
  • If we are unable to supply the product/s in your order due to stock availability you will be notified of this and offered options via email. If no reply is received, the unavailable item/s will be automatically cancelled, and a refund processed.
  • When you are ordering multiple items, keep in mind that they might arrive in separate shipments. If you have pre-ordered something along with other items, the pre-ordered product will come within the timeframe mentioned on the product page.

RETURNS CHECKLIST

The Rehab Mechanics will accept product returns for an exchange or refund provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • Unused with the original tags and product packaging
  • No dirt, odor, or signs of wear.
  • Within 100 days of purchase
  • Purchase was made on this website

Returns Policy – Toe Spacers 

No Returns or Exchanges Due to Hygiene & Safety Regulations

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on toe spacers once they have been purchased.

Toe spacers are classified as personal-use health and hygiene items. In accordance with Australian health and consumer safety standards, products that come into direct contact with feet cannot be resold after purchase. This policy ensures the safety and wellbeing of all customers.

EXCHANGES

We can exchange the returned item for a new item of lesser or greater value.

  • If the new item is of a lesser value the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • If the new item is of a greater value details of how to pay the difference will be sent to you.
  • Returns cannot be exchanged for pre-order products.

To start a return, email us at hello@therehabmechanics.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return. We’ll provide a return label. If the return is due to a fault or damage, we’ll cover the return shipping cost; otherwise, it will be your responsibility.
