Program Overview
? What does this program include?
Arthritis generally starts in the small joints of the feet and can progress to affect all joints and can be debilitating (for some). The best way the joints can be supported is with strong and active muscles around them. This 8-week program is designed to help you move with improved function and comfort. With three guided sessions each week you will work to improve your foot health (with a bias towards the toes) through improved mobility, reduced tension, increased activation and strength.
