Bunions are an enlargement of the big toe (or little toe – called a Tailor’s bunion) joint due to deviation in the alignment of the distal aspect of the toe itself. The program is designed to ease discomfort and strengthen intrinsic muscles that support healthy movement. Across three guided sessions each week you will work reduce tension, enhance mobility, build strength, control and help your feet move better.
